For the past 5 years I’ve focused on real estate photography. Working full time photographing new listings, short and long term rentals as well as hotels, restaurants, gas stations and warehouses. Formerly my professional photography career was with wedding, fashion and family genres, beginning in 2004.
The big question, but hard to answer in a single paragraph. We offer so many services there is no one answer. However, I can tell you they range from $129 to $209 for still photos. Also, I don’t over-sell photography. If you order 45 photos and a Matterport 3D for a 900 square foot condo we’ll be talking, that’s too much. Conversely, 25 photos for a 4000 square foot home is not enough.
Photos are delivered the next day. You’ll receive a link to download the photos via email.
I shoot HDR photos. So yes, they are all edited to blend the different exposures. Basically, that’s what makes them beautiful. However, there are some minor edits before delivery, if I see something out of place. Additionally, I can do edits after delivery. However, these can cost $10.00 per photo. Keep in mind, all edits have to stay within PPAR guidelines.
My goal is to help you sale the home as quickly as possible. Because great photos help accomplish that goal, I will move or recommend moving things that create a better photo. Also, we’ll be patient with those little things that need to be done before the shoot, like replacing light bulbs.
Not everything happens the way we plan. Because of the number of people involved in a real estate listing, things can be unpredictable. Generally, I ask that you reach out via call or text as soon as possible when you know we need to reschedule. Preferably, a couple of days ahead of time. Certainly there will be last minute cancelations, let’s just keep them to a minimum.
Canon is my gear of choice. Therefore, I have the Canon R5 and R8 cameras and use a 14-35 mm wide angle lens. Also, I use Matterport Pro3 for 3D scan, Theta Z1 for Zillow 3D tours and DJI is my drone of choice, the Mini Pro 3 for most of the work.
Licensed and insured. FAA part 107 pilots license and I carry the appropriate insurance for the work I do.
